I knew I would try it and see what happened. I simply did it by the gut and avoided doing anything even remotely similar to what my own mother did. A couple of years in, I read some stuff on attachment parenting and realized it's very similar to my own style. Have you read any of Dr. Sears' books?<br />I breast fed my daughter til she was about 2. She rarely gets sick and has a model like figure.
